The book arrived earlier than expected. I am already using it. I would order from them again.
I bought this book when my daughter had her wisdom teeth out and could only eat soft foods. Well she loved it. One of the foods she wanted was The Cheescake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake. I saw this recipe in the book so I bought it as sort of a joke. It contains tons of great recipes from restaurants that she goes to.Some of these recipes do look a little complicated but they all come with detailed instructions. If you like to eat out and like to cook, this book is for you.
A few of my favorites are the salmon bourbon marinade, the Chilis marinade, the spinach artichoke dip recipe and the bbq ribs. I bought this book several years ago and use it often. I love to cook and this one has some great recipes. So many good ones. This is my favorite of his cookbooks.
